			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font color="#806517"></font><font size="3">Period Three<br />Attention all campers, uh it&#8217;s now time to learn The Three No Rule! Let&#8217;s dive in to The Three No Rule and why it is so VERY important.  We&#8217;ve got our great product and the right mindset, and then the first person you pitch immediately says NO.  Now what, panic sets in, how could they say no??? This product is the best, I know it&#8217;s not me. Why aren&#8217;t they agreeing with me?  Simple answer my friends, saying no is a prospects gut reaction defense mechanism.  Your prospect is thinking, I don&#8217;t know what this is or what it is about so the easy road out of here is to just say no.  Great the first no is out of the way.</p>
<p> Most average salespeople will fold right there on the spot and move on to the next person.  The trick here is to get them talking to you to find out why the no.  Ever been around a two/three year old child?  The only thing that comes out of their mouth is WHY? Why is your friend if you are going to have a successful career in sales.  Find out the WHY. Remember along the way I said listen twice as much as you talk and you will sell more.  What did your prospect just say to you?</p>
<p>Is it your timing?  i.e. they are busy, they are rushing out the door, they have a deadline to meet.  Find out, ask a question, one of my favorites is &#8220;I understand you&#8217;re crazy busy just like everyone, is there a better time where we can just chat?&#8221; I really don&#8217;t want to sell you anything, I just want to show you what I do.&#8221;  Well, that one messed with your mind right?  I don&#8217;t want to sell you anything, how could I say that to the person that I am trying to sell?  Easy, it takes the pressure off them.  They are now thinking, he just said I don&#8217;t have to buy anything, ok breathe.</p>
<p>What I am trying to do here is to get a line of communication going.  Sales is a lot like a game of tennis, you hit the ball, I hit it back, simple.  The ball here is a question, I have asked you for a time that we can chat, then depending on the answer, you either have an appointment with your prospect, or you have another no.  (Tip, if they make an appointment with you, take your calendar out &amp; write it in,  in front of the prospect, let them see you do it, it becomes real then)</p>
<p> If you have the second no, again mentally ask yourself why, what did they just say?  A great example is they say something along the lines of &#8220;I already have your products or services from ________.&#8221;  My immediate response is &#8220;THAT&#8217;S GREAT!!!  I have heard of ________ they are a great company.&#8221;  (Never disparage competition, more later), now hit the ball back.  Make a statement, and ask a question.  Example, &#8220;I know you are happy with __________, when was the last time you made sure your were getting the best prices and service available? This shows your prospect that you care about their needs.  Again, hear the answer and process it.  I will ask for the opportunity to earn the business, right on the spot again, my favorite response is, &#8220;Listen, give me five fast minutes to show you what I can do for you, if it makes sense to you great, if not you wasted a whole five minutes.&#8221;  Notice I did not ask for five minutes, I demanded five minutes.  Harsh?   Nope, your job is to sell your product and I never ask for permission to do my job.</p>
<p>At this point you either have that five minutes to do your demo, or you have the third no.  Don&#8217;t worry if you can&#8217;t demo the product in five minutes, if the first five minutes are dynamic, they will give you more time.</p>
<p>If it is the third no, I am always super nice to that person afterwards.  I thank them for the time that they have given me, ask them if I could check in another day, ask them if they know anyone who could use my product or service, and always leave that person with a smile.</p>
<p>You never know what is going on in your prospects life.  My favorite example, is again based on experience, it took me about five years of doing business with the person to find out that the first time I had talked to her, she has just found out her husband had been cheating on her.  I could have walked in and said &#8220;Hi, giving away hundred dollar bills, want one?&#8221;  She would have said no on that day.  I called on her about three months later and she had just won $25,000 on a scratch off ticket, and I got the sale.</p>
<p>Find the need, fill the need and then sell your product.  The beauty of the Trump Network products, you don&#8217;t have to find a need, everyone needs to be healthier, everyone needs more money.  You have the products to fill the need, build a relationship with your prospects, listen and ask questions.  By the way the three no rule is not written in stone, sometimes, the first no is so hard, that you just have to walk away.  I also got one of the biggest sales of my life after another client had told me no six times, six different ways.  Turn you no&#8217;s into yes&#8217;s by asking questions and addressing your prospects concerns.</font></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font color="#806517"></font><font size="3">I hope everyone out there had a great weekend and we are going to kick off the new week by talking about sales.  We spent last week getting you in the right mindset to be a great salesperson. So let&#8217;s start off with PMA=OPM. Great, another acronym for me to remember, right?  Well write this one down and stick it to your wall, up in your office, on the bathroom mirror,  somewhere that you can see it every day and remind yourself daily.  PMA = Positive Mental Attitude,  OPM= Other People&#8217;s Money.  Every person that you see, meet or talk too has your money in their pocket, you just have to give them a good enough reason to give it to you. The first step is to always remember  that people buy you, before they buy your product.  They buy your charm, wit, charisma, humor, smile, attitude, &amp; good looks. Everyday do a basic &#8220;check-up from the neck up&#8221; and make sure that you are mentally prepared with the right attitude to go succeed.  I don&#8217;t care what you are selling and what price you are selling it at, your potential customer has to buy you before they are open to buying your product.</p>
<p> The next memory point is that people in general love to buy things and that they absolutely HATE to be sold.  Look around the next time you go to the mall, people everywhere are shopping their little hearts out.  I want you to think about the last time you walked into a store and the salesperson, came up to you and said&#8221; May I help you?&#8221;, to which you replied &#8220;NO!, Just Looking&#8221;</p>
<p>Operating on the assumption that you are there to buy something, why did you just send the person that could help you buy whatever it is away?  Simple, you want to be in control and get that salesperson whenever you want to get him/her.  I have told every salesperson I have ever trained, sell it like you would like to have it sold to you. You will never ever sell something to someone that doesn&#8217;t already want to buy it. You can help that person make the decision to buy the product by educating them on the products.  I always talk about features, benefits, the &#8220;why&#8217;s &#8221; of the product.</p>
<p>So, lesson one, do not try to sell anything, let the product take care of selling itself.  I know that sounds a little strange, but the reality is that if you have a good product, it will sell itself thru you and the way that you present it.  Every sale will be made up of four basic elements, they are &#8220;Pitch&#8221;,  &#8220;Warm-up&#8221;, &#8220;Demo&#8221;, and &#8220;Close&#8221; &lt;br<br />Over this week I will be talking about each one of the steps in detail so stay tuned.  So why is this blogger talking to you about sales you ask?  Simple,  The Trump Network is a business, and we have a product line that needs to be sold. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No matter which way you slice it, there are only two things you can do with time.  You can spend it, or you can invest it.  If you spend your time on watching TV or playing video games, that time is lost forever.  But investing your time in income producing activities will prove to make you a fortune.</p>
<p>How much would you like to earn this year?  $60k?  $100k?  $250k?  Let&#8217;s assume you want to earn $250k in one year.  Figuring in a 2 week vacation, you have 50 weeks a year to make that happen.  By working a 40 hour week, your time is worth $125 an hour.  Think about this long and hard next time you spend your time on something that won&#8217;t pay you in the future.  Do you watch TV to unwind?  The average American watches 4 hours of TV each and every day!  That figure would go down significantly if people realized it was costing $500 per day.  Is this happening to you?  Are you investing your time or spending it?</p>
<p><strong>The Network Marketing Hamster Wheel </strong></p>
<p>Most network marketers have goals of quitting their day job and eventually working their business from home full time.  The promises of time freedom call to them and they work grueling hours to ensure one day they don&#8217;t have to report to a boss.  But when that day comes, there is a sad realization that their network marketing business has become a new ball and chain.  Training each team member, managing communication with the team, and travel to and from meetings quickly ad up to a full time gig.  So much for time freedom!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Statically, your chances are extremely slim in making a home business be a long term success.  Ouch!  I know&#8230;That&#8217;s not exactly what I call encouraging.  But notice I said &#8220;statistically&#8221;.  Here&#8217;s the deal though&#8230;most people approach their business like they approach the other aspects of life.  With little planning and often no direction.  Actually, most people spend more time charting out their summer vacation than they do a 5-year life plan.  They hire a travel agent, pay big bucks to make sure they have the best accommodations, and spend tons of time arranging the perfect flight.  But their business plan gets little to no attention at all.  So it&#8217;s no wonder they fail.  But you don&#8217;t have to be a statistic.  And to cheer you up a bit after that smack of bad news, I&#8217;ll tell you this; it&#8217;s really not that hard or complicated.  Actually, anyone can do it.  It just takes a little change of mind. </p>
<p><strong>Dogged Determination To Succeed In MLM</strong></p>
<p>The first thing that you absolutely must adopt is the mindset for success.  Go into your new business with dogged determination that nothing will stand in your way.  Failure is not an option.  The first thing you&#8217;ve got to know is that building a business takes time, energy, and effort.  You will work for a long time before you start seeing substantial rewards monetarily.  That&#8217;s just the way it goes.  It works that way with every business, and building an MLM business is no different.  If you have false expectations of striking it rich overnight, you&#8217;ll be very frustrated and more than likely you&#8217;ll quit before giving it a fair shot.  </p>
<p>Also realize that everything you try is not going to work originally.  You&#8217;ll have to test out many strategies to find something that works for you.  This is just part of the process.  Make learning fun and acknowledge the successes you have, no matter how big or small.  Small steps add up to some pretty big leaps in the long-run.  </p>
<p><strong>Map Out Your Plan</strong></p>
<p>Let&#8217;s go back on vacation again.  Remember all the plans we made and the time we spent on the details of where we were going?  Well once we actually plant foot at our destination, we need a map to direct us from there.  This is uncharted territory!  When you&#8217;re in a foreign place, you need a map that will tell you exactly where to go.  Once you find the MLM you will represent, you need to map out your plan.  That way, if you&#8217;re off track, you&#8217;ll find your way back a lot easier.  And when you&#8217;re on track, you&#8217;ll know.  It seems almost elementary, doesn&#8217;t it?  Yet, very few people know where they what to go or where they&#8217;re heading in their business.  The last thing you want to do is start running around in circles.  So draw out where you plan on going, and then stick to it.  </p>
<p><strong>Follow the Leader</strong></p>
<p>One of the greatest things about MLM is that you&#8217;re never alone in your business.  There is always someone who has been where you&#8217;re headed.  And they can provide direction to shorten the learning curve.  Find someone who is already successful doing what you want to do.  If there&#8217;s no one in your business who you feel could teach you, you can always hire a business coach.  Your coach will also hold you accountable for your goals, which is an added bonus. </p>
<p><strong>Daily &#8220;To Do&#8221; tasks</strong></p>
<p>Turning those small steps into leaps happens one day at a time.  Before you go to sleep at night, make a list of things you must accomplish the following day.  List you tasks in order from most important to least important.  We all have those bugger tasks that we need to get done but always make excuses for.  Get those out of the way first and you will feel fantastic for the rest of the day.  Also, give yourself just enough so that you&#8217;ll accomplish each of your task daily.  You want your list clear for new things the next day. </p>
<p>Building a business does take time, and it does take dedication.  If it were easy, everyone would be doing it.  Although it&#8217;s not always easy, it&#8217;s usually very simple.  Stay on track and stay the course.  I promise you, it is well worth it.</p>

<p>Has network marketing left a bad taste in your mouth?  More likely than not, when you hear the words MLM or network marketing, you head straight for the first door you see.  Sure, some lucky people somehow make it happen right out of the gate.  But the mass majority of us will likely stumble upon some pretty rough road blocks along the way.  If you&#8217;ve sworn you&#8217;d never try network marketing, (or never try network marketing <em>again</em>) read on.  What you are about to hear is going to change the way you view network marketing and MLM forever.</p>
<p><strong>The Old School Of Network Marketing</strong></p>
<p>Amazingly enough, most people in network marketing are working way too hard instead of working smart.  It blows my mind that people are still dressing up in business suits and attending meetings at hotels and coffee and shops.  They are also personally training each person in their downline.  What a waste of time!  One reason people are drawn to network marketing is the time freedom everyone claims it provides.  But the way I see it, this process is just as time consuming as working a corporate job.  As your business grows, so does your commitment to be away from home.</p>
<p><strong>Network Marketing- The New School Way</strong></p>
<p>If you catch me at my home office on a typical day, I&#8217;ll be wearing yoga pants and no makeup besides mascara.  I retired my business suits the same day I retired my job.  The mere thought of hotel meetings make me nauseous.  Yet I have hundreds of people on my team who are able to duplicate exactly what I do and multiply their business without any of the old school practices.</p>
<p><strong>Internet Marketing vs. Warm Market Leads</strong></p>
